$278 Million Federal Court Victory in High-Stakes Insulin Licensing Case

“The picture that gets painted, more than painted, the picture that gets drawn in detail.”

Celebrating Another Hard-Earned Victory!
While it may not be as dramatic as the team’s major win against Eli Lilly, I’m excited to share some great news from Delaware District Court. Amending a claim to include inequitable conduct after the deadline is often critical and no small feat, but thanks to our team’s exceptional effort, we succeeded.

The Court praised our proposed claim, stating, “the picture that gets painted, more than painted, the picture that gets drawn in detail.” The Judge even added, “[i]n fact, I would say it’s one of the best pled inequitable conduct claims I’ve seen since my time on the bench.”

These kinds of wins deserve recognition, even as we continue to push forward with other challenging cases. A special thank you to Alexandria Alinea and our Delaware counsel, Stephen Kraftschik, for their outstanding work and dedication.

With the rapid growth we’ve experienced over the past few years, we’ve been so focused on serving our clients that we haven’t had much time to tell people about what we can do for them. Now, as our team and capabilities continue to expand, we’re excited to share more about how we can help and the value we bring. Stay tuned—there’s a lot on the horizon.
