Huge congratulations to my incredible partners, Veronica Mullally-Muñoz and Leslie Kushner, for their outstanding work in securing a monumental $278 million judgment for RCT in a license dispute with Eli Lilly. This hard-fought, multi-year litigation related to the manufacture of insulin included a decisive summary judgment win and an agreed upon judgment on the eve of trial in federal court.
This success reflects the biotech expertise, legal prowess, and sheer tenacity of my partners.
