Brian dedicates a large portion of his practice to Pro Bono work. He has helped tenants in public housing secure and keep their housing. He has counseled clients on potential employment claims. And he has represented a defendant in a felony appeal in front of New York’s First Department.
Brian’s substantial contributions have been acknowledged by the pro bono community. In 2011, New York’s Legal Aid Society recognized him with an award for “Outstanding Pro Bono Service.”
